Referral structure
Referral and commission terms are agreed in writing before introductions begin. The structure may be a fixed referral fee, a project-based commission, or repeat-partner terms.
When payment may apply
- Fixed referral fee after the referred project reaches a paid engineering or prototype stage.
- Project commission tied to agreed paid milestones or closed commercial outcomes.
- Repeat-partner terms for collaborators introducing multiple qualified projects.
Qualification
A referral is considered valid when the introduction is genuine, commercially relevant, and not already active in our existing pipeline unless agreed otherwise in advance.
